These Terms apply to all websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, software tools and services operated by TJ NOVA LTD, unless a separate written agreement applies.
Before purchasing
A future clean-export purchase will cover the exact project revision, output resolution and enabled language options shown in the server quote. Editing after a quote requires a new quote. A high-resolution option does not invent detail missing from the source. No automatic subscription is initiated by a single export.
Review and accuracy
Automatic speech corrections, translation and generated motion can contain errors. Review the protected result and the original text. A suggested retake is not proof of what the speaker intended. We do not promise perfect lip synchronization, undetectable transitions or absolute prevention of recording.
Rights and acceptable use
Upload only material you are permitted to process. Voice and likeness processing requires suitable permission. Do not use the service to impersonate a person deceptively or create unlawful material. You retain rights in your uploads; only the processing necessary to perform your requested edits is intended.
Failed exports, refunds and support
When live billing is activated, a paid render that fails should be retried under the same order without a second charge. An unresolved undeliverable export should be refunded through its original payment provider. Refunds or disputes revoke future clean-download access; data already downloaded cannot be recalled. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Final jurisdiction-specific terms must be reviewed before public sales.
Support: include the project or order ID, but never send passwords, verification codes or card information.
