Keep your original file. Use MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM or AVI under 95 MB and 30 minutes. Read the failed job’s stage; edits are retained. A source without audio can still be manually edited. If an engine is unavailable, do not assume selecting its name has processed the media.

Preview differs from the current edit

Every edit creates a revision. Build a fresh free preview after changing cuts, captions or pacing. The player labels an older proof clearly.

Recover a purchase

Sign in with the verified email used for checkout. A browser return URL alone does not grant an export. If a download authorization expires, request a fresh link from the same paid order rather than paying again.

Delete your account

Account deletion is self-service and permanent. The deletion page lists exactly what is removed and what is kept.
