Who you contract with

These terms govern your use of Cast Studio, provided by TJ NOVA LTD, registered in England and Wales (No. 17308318). By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Payments and access

Prices are shown before you buy. Cast Studio Pro is an auto-renewing membership (monthly, quarterly or yearly) that unlocks clean exports. Bought in the iPhone app, it is sold and billed by Apple: payment is charged to your Apple Account, renewal happens by itself unless you switch it off a day or more before the period ends, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings; refunds are handled by Apple. The Apple Standard EULA also applies to the iPhone app. Bought in another mobile app, it is billed and managed by that app's store. Bought on this website, it is charged in the displayed currency by a licensed payment institution. Access is granted when the store or payment institution confirms payment and withdrawn on refund.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes are notified by email or in-product. You may close your account at any time from the account page or by emailing info@tjnovaltd.com.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for foreseeable direct loss is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
